Requirements
  1. Name and address of the applicant and inventor(s);
  2. Chinese name of the applicant and the inventor(s) (If not available, we may devise on their behalves);
  3. Patent specification including description, claims and drawings (if any); for design, drawings and short description (if any);
  4. ‘Power of Attorney’ duly signed by or on behalf of the applicant.

2. Registration of Hong Kong Patent Application:
Although Hong Kong is now part of China, because of “one-country, two-system”. There is standing- alone Patent Law in Hong Kong. You may register a Hong Kong patent base on designated patent (Europe, United Kingdom, Chinese).

Requirements

1st Stage (Request to Record): published specification of designated patent application (To be filed within 6 months after patent is published)
2nd Stage (Request for Registration and Grant): grant specification (To be filed within 6 months after the patent is granted by the designated Patent Office);
